This project, awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), encompasses the complete renovation of a base structure from replacement of roofing, installation of new blast-proof windows and doors, followed by substantial interior work.

The design/build factor of this project resulted in substantial scheduling challenges thereby reducing the available work time-table from a 6-month completion to 3 months.
