We are responsible for Increment #1 and #2 of three simultaneous phases for this project. Scope of work includes: roofing removal and replacement, abatement, dry-rot repair; new heavy gauge metal gutters and downspouts; fire alarm system upgrades, flooring; HVAC replacement, plumbing; electrical and framing; glazing, plumbing; painting interior and exterior; site preparation, extensive concrete and paving over this 36,673 square foot campus.
