Negotiated Design-build contract for an existing child care center class rooms, restrooms, office, kitchen, lounge and corridor. The work is completed in six phases.  The scope is primarily removing and replacing existing finishes with new finishes; installation of duct heaters; remove existing playground surface and install new.
