Z Squared Construction's mission is to develop longstanding and mutually beneficial relationships with the clients we serve. Our working environment fosters open communication and free dialogue, collaboration and a commitment to our clients' overall success and satisfaction. We work hard to understand our client's goals and objectives-listen, research, think creatively and be the best at what we do. The work we pursue is what we are most passionate about and we are intimately concerned with bettering local communities one building at a time.
Z Squared Construction is a commercial general construction company that builds communities by providing vertical construction services to local municipalities, state, federal and private entities.
A Family Business
Founded by Lourdes "Malou" Malaekeh in 2006, the company was based on a desire to create a construction company built for safety, quality craftsmanship, professionalism and outstanding client service.
We are certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as: 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) as well as Minority Owned. We are proud to remain small and uphold the values and priorities that we feel only a business like ours can.
