This SAME project at the Military Ocean Terminal Concord is currently underway, and entails demo and replacement of the existing 25,000 sf concrete pad, asphalt and landscaping due to a failed 26’ x 100,’ 120,000 gallon underground storm-water cistern due to excessive loads.
