PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 

This project comprised of substantial renovations to the school, completed as Increments #1 and #2. The scope of work included: roofing removal and replacement, abatement, dry-rot repair; new heavy gauge metal gutters and downspouts; fire alarm system upgrades, flooring; HVAC replacement, plumbing; electrical and framing; glazing, plumbing; painting interior and exterior; site preparation, extensive concrete and paving over this 36,673 square-foot campus.
