​This project is aimed at rehabilitating and modernizing the City Council Chambers by renovating the finance area to create a support space for the Council Chambers, create a new lobby comprising of a new security and new seating area. Additional upgrades such as energy efficient lighting, upgraded seating and ADA accessibility are also part of the project scope.
