Founded in 2006 by Lourdes "Malou" Malaekeh, Z Squared Construction began with a vision of establishing a construction company that was synonymous with quality craftsmanship and dependable service. The firm steadily grew itself through successful projects, delivering everything from structural builds to complete facilities, while meeting and exceeding performance standards. Over the years, the company expanded its expertise to meet the standards of federal and state clients, earning trust through compliance, safety, and on-time performance. Today, it stands as a woman-founded business known for its integrity, technical capability, and dedication to public-sector construction excellence.
