Project Description
This project consisted of the renovation of a 1.75-acre property, which included a 9,000 sq. ft. building.

The scope of work included complete interior and substantial exterior demolition comprising of metal and wood-framing, sheetrock, prep and paint. New concrete walkways, concrete pads along the outdoor patio area and exterior entry/exit points, new storage area and new footings for free-standing overhanging structure. Rehabilitation of parking lot and grading and paving for a basketball court and snack area was also completed.
