Our History
Z Squared Construction was founded in 2006 by Lourdes "Malou" Malaekeh who had deep roots in the construction industry. She founded the Company with a vision of creating a legacy of building structures that stood for quality, safety and integrity. The company has grown tremendously since then, but to this day, retains its small business status, strongly believing that the intimacy, dedication, and authenticity that is the hallmark of its existence have helped it become the successful company that it now is.​
Who We Are
Embarking on its journey in 2006, Z Squared Construction emerged from a singular vision: to establish a commercial general construction firm not just renowned for its superior structures but for its contribution to community enrichment. Specializing in vertical construction, we proudly serve an extensive portfolio of clients, ranging from local municipalities to state, federal, and private entities. Our foundational strategy revolves around not just constructing buildings but constructing futures, shaping communities, and creating spaces that resonate with purpose and longevity.
